UKR is about delivery: demonstrating how to transform places with purpose built private rented homes with a mix of other uses. We are in discussion with local authorities across the country. We welcome conversations about possible projects. We announced at MIPIM the next steps on our  collaboration with Nottingham City Council on our pilot project at the Sandfield Centre in Lenton. You can find out more about the scheme on the dedicated website.

We have commented on all aspects of policy over the last two years. When it looked as though the Government was not providing an overall policy framework we proposed our own White Paper.
